Project Management Services

We work with, and train, individuals and organizations, to improve their project management capabilities. With offices in Seattle, WA, and Tucson, AZ, we help local businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations around the country All our senior project managers and instructors are certified as Project Management Professionals (PMP) by PMI.

Project Based Consulting
We provide project management support on a part-time or full-time basis for specific projects. We can act as your project manager, or we can support your existing project manager. If you are still in the bidding stage on a large project, we can help you put together well-structured project plans as part of your proposal, and/or we can help you manage your project when your bid is successful.

Organizational Project Management Consulting
We work with your organization to improve or establish project management processes. While we will probably assist on specific projects, the main focus will be on the processes required to ensure a continual stream of successful projects. This will sometimes involve setting up a project management office, also known as a PMO, and can also include advice regarding the use/optimization of project management software, such as Microsoft Project.

Project Management Staff Augmentation
We support longer term contracts with experienced staff who work as part of your organization. This might include Microsoft Project experts, PMP-certified project managers, project schedulers, and/or data analysts.

Our Methodology

Monitor and maintain
For teams that are functioning well, but still want someone to help out with prioritization, highlight dependencies, outline integration points, and chase down vendors, this is for you. A lot of teams only need a little help.

Lead and manage
The most "standard" offering, we'll actively lead a team to complete your project. We'll gather requirements, outline dependencies, run sprints, outline key milestones and all the other good stuff you expect from a project manager
Repair and re-launch

Our most involved offering.
We'll work with you to fix a broken project and set it on the right course. Projects in this category should never stay here for more than a month. When engaged in this tier, we report directly to the ceo or equival

Guiding Principles

Teamwork: No one person has all the answers. To be successful we need to combine our knowledge and experiences. Working as part of team should be an enjoyable and educational part of life.

Innovation: Personal initiative, inquiries, and new ideas are encouraged. We must innovate to solve our clients’ challenges, and to find ways to win new business.

Quality: In a world full of consultants, we must differentiate ourselves by the quality of our work. Every deliverable and client communication should be viewed as an opportunity to impress the client with the quality and accuracy of our work.  Continuous quality improvement is the only way to stay in business.

Communications: All communications, whether informal or formal, internal or external, must be open, considered, and respectful. We should communication often and freely, to ensure everyone is informed, and part of the solution.
