US Office:
Currently we are looking for following skill-set Employees to Work at our US office. Candidates who are interested to work on valid Work Permit/Visa should apply on the following requirements. Eligibility: All the following position need Graduates with min 5 to 12 yrs of experience. Position vacant for Project Manager and Networking Engineers.

Position 1: Sales/Business Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • General Sales knowledge/background
  • Ability to do source-target mapping
  • Defining business solutions to client problems, analyzing business processes, and defining functional requirements
  • Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
  • Interact with other technology groups as needed
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and subject matter expertise
  • Trouble shooting of technology related issues
  • Manage technology issues and escalate with appropriate resources
  • Assist in the identification of solutions requiring additional Development support Project Manager


Position 2: Project Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinates and delegates the assignments for the team in the project.
  • Focal point of communications and contact regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes/extensions, and financial, administrative, and technical issues and concerns raised by consultant staff.
  • He will create work plans and project schedules as required to accomplish the tasks required for this project. The work plans will include project deliverables, provisions for the Client, written sign-offs, and prescribed timeframes.
  • Responsible for preparing all project management artifacts as specified by the Client's project management methodology.
  • Will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all project management deliverables with the input of both contract and Client's project team members.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to control them;
  • Document lessons learned.
  • Create, monitor and manage project plans, schedules, scope, risks, issues, costs, changes, and other project management artifacts;
  • Report project status Network Engineers.


Position 3: IP Telephony

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of the network infrastructure
  • Functions as PBX and phone mail administrator, works closely with telephone company and other company personnel to install and repair telephone circuits
  • Works with project coordinator for telecommunications capital projects
  • Assures that company wireless systems operate within the guidelines set forth by the Client
  • Performs on-site troubleshooting, installation and repairs under the direction of other support organizations as requested
  • Works with Central Network personnel configuring routers, hubs, and channel banks
  • Works with building infrastructure cabling systems, both fiber and metallic mediums
  • Fabricates telecommunications equipment as directed
  • Documents changes to system drawings and records, orders and maintains spare parts and supplies
  • Logs and updates problems and accurately maintains inventory records
  • Serves as an advocate for the Business Services organization
